Mimmii’s Return & Refund Policy

At Mimmii, your health and satisfaction are our top priorities. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
    • A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is required.

Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the product was damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will offer a replacement or full refund, as per your preference.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during special offers, combo deals, or clearance sales are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Opened or used health and wellness products are not returnable due to safety reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order ID and the reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and arrange a pickup if eligible.
  3. Pack the product securely and hand it over to the assigned courier.
